Steelers vs Browns Picks & Predictions | NFL Week 4 2026

Our Steelers vs Browns betting picks for NFL Week 4 2026 include odds analysis, best bets, key matchups and picks for your same-game parlay

The Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns, both 2-1 on the season, square off tonight in the Thursday Night Football game, with the winner taking the early AFC North lead.

Who would have predicted that, in the Browns’ case anyway?

Both teams eked out wins last weekend – the Steelers beating the Cincinnati Bengals 30-27, while Cleveland edged the Carolina Panthers 21-18.

Game time is 8:15 p.m. EST, at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, with weather conditions forecast to be excellent – 27 degrees C and cloudy.

The Steelers’ passing attack behind quarterback Aaron Rodgers showed real signs of breaking through last week, and the running attack balanced it out. Jaylen Warren helped drive the attack with 176 yards on runs and catches.

Don’t look now, but Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson has led the Browns to two straight wins, tossing four touchdowns, with no interceptions so far.

This morning, news broke that the Steelers had traded CB Joey Porter to the Dallas Cowboys, which doesn’t affect betting on tonight’s game since Porter was listed as out with a back issue.

On the injury front, CB Brandin Echols (concussion) and CB Jalen Ramsey (wrist) are questionable, while RB Rico Dowdle (toe) is out for the Steelers.

For the Browns, WR Tylan Wallace (knee), C Elgton Jenkins, G Teven Jenkins, and RB Dylan Sampson (knee) are all out.

The absence of the two Jenkins affects the game’s biggest matchup: T.J. Watt and Pittsburgh’s pass rush versus Cleveland’s depleted offensive line.

Steelers vs Browns Odds

In NFL betting at Betway, the Steelers are -150 moneyline favourites, with the Browns at +125. Pittsburgh is also a 2.5-point favourite (-120), while Cleveland is +2.5 (+100). The total is set at 38.5, with the Over and the Under at -110.

Steelers vs Browns Betting Trends

Cleveland has won nine consecutive Thursday-night home games and is 4-0 all-time against Pittsburgh at home on Thursdays.

Cleveland isn’t an easy road spot for Pittsburgh.

Steelers vs Browns Betting Picks

Browns +2.5 is my strongest play, given the Browns’ home-field advantage.

The market expects a tight, low-scoring affair, and I prefer taking the points rather than the Browns moneyline.

That 38.5 total also reinforces the expectation of a tight game. I’m going to take that Under at -110. If the Browns can pressure Rodgers and prevent the Steelers from sustaining drives, this has the ingredients of a one-score AFC North game.

On the flip side, injuries on Cleveland’s offensive line will create a ton of dine-and-dash opportunities for Watt and Pittsburgh’s front, which will hurt Watson’s efficiency.

On the prop side, for my NFL picks, I have my eye on Browns’ Denzel Boston over 36.5 reception yards (-115), Steelers’ WR DK Metcalf as the anytime touchdown scorer (+240), and Browns TE Harold Fannin Jr. as the first touchdown scorer (+800).

I’m betting 8-to-1 on Fannin, so that’s a sprinkle-a-few-coins, defensible long-shot wager. He’s coming off a two-touchdown game and is a consistent red-zone target for Watson. And that Pittsburgh secondary is banged up – Ramsey and Echols are questionable, and Porter has now been traded.

Boston has 195 yards on only three catches through three games, but has cleared 36.5 in all three. He averages 21.7 yards per catch. So he doesn’t need to see a ton of balls in his direction to get us there on the bet.

And Metcalf? I like the price, basically. He’s Pittsburgh’s No. 1 receiving threat, and according to EV Analytics, Pittsburgh under QB Aaron Rodgers operates with a 63.5% red-zone pass rate, with Metcalf at a 20.6% share of red-zone targets.

Steelers vs Browns Same Game Parlay Picks

My favourite is Cleveland +2.5, Boston 40+ receiving yards and Fannin Jr. 40+ receiving yards, for +650 at Betway. Cleveland stays within a field goal, and Pittsburgh’s depleted secondary lets Watson spread the ball to his two primary targets.
