Our Seahawks vs Broncos betting picks for NFL Week 6 2026 include odds analysis, best bets, key matchups and picks for your same-game parlay

Monday night, we had a potential Super Bowl showdown between the Buffalo Bills and the L.A. Rams, which the Bills won in overtime, 37-34.

Tomorrow night, we have another possible Super Bowl preview: the Seattle Seahawks (3-2) play the Denver Broncos (3-2), assuming the Broncos figure out their offence.

Game time is 8:15 p.m. EST tonight.

On the injury front, the Seahawks are questionable at QB Drew Lock (forearm), WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (ankle), LB Chazz Surratt, LB Drake Thomas (ankle), and DT Leonard Williams, while RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) and CB Julian Neal (hamstring) are out.

For the Broncos, CB Pat Surtain II and CB Riley Moss are questionable, while S Talanoa Hufanga (ankle) and WR Pat Bryant (ankle) are out.

Smith-Njigba, who leads the NFL with 583 receiving yards and seven TD catches through five games, versus Denver’s depleted secondary is a key matchup, depending on Smith-Njigba’s injury, of course. NFL.com is reporting that he has been cleared to play, though. Smith-Njigba’s receiving-yards and anytime-touchdown markets come into play.

Bo Nix versus Seattle’s elite pass defence is another. Nix has been taking a beating in the media. Seattle leads the NFL in passing yards allowed, in terms of defensive efficiency (150.8).

Seattle also pressures 44.3% of opposing dropbacks, the second-highest rate in the league, according to NFL.com.

Seahawks vs Broncos Odds

In NFL betting at Betway, the Seahawks are -135 moneyline favourites against the Broncos (+110). Seattle is also a 2.5-point spread favourite at -110, while Denver is getting 2.5 points at -110. The over/under is set at 40.5 points, with the over priced at -115 and the under at -105.

That makes sense: Seattle has the league’s best defence, allowing 251.2 yards per game, while Denver’s offence ranks 26th, scoring 19.4 points per game.

So, Seattle holds a slight odds advantage, despite playing on the road in Denver. That 40.5 total suggests a defensive battle.

Seahawks vs Broncos Betting Trends

Both teams enter tonight’s game tied for the longest active win streak on a short week, each team having won four games in a row, according to The New York Times.

Seattle is 3-2 overall but is 2-3 against the spread, while Denver, also 3-2 on the season, is 3-2 ATS. The Broncos covered the 3.5-point spread last week against the Chargers.

With my NFL picks, Seahawks -2.5 (-110) has the clearer edge. They have the stronger offence (27 points per game) and a solid defence. With the injuries, Denver offers up a thinner response to the Sam Darnold-led passing attack.

The short week and road trip are issues, but those secondary losses tilt things in Seattle’s favour.

Under 40.5 is another lean, with both defences effective against the pass. Broncos head coach Sean Payton recently took over play-calling duties for the offence, and Nix has struggled to gain big yardage. Short-week Thursday night games often have lower scores, according to CBS Sports.

I was considering Smith-Njigba 90+ yards at -130, but I think I’m going to take the plus money (+105) for 100+ yards.

He’s averaging 116.6 yards per game and has surpassed 100 yards in four of five games. The payout difference makes the higher ladder appealing given that recent production.

Volume, matchup and Broncos’ injuries make the over with Smith-Njigba attractive here as well.

Also, with Charbonnet out, Emanuel Wilson will get most of the running back work against a Denver run defence ranked 28th in the NFL, giving up 145.2 rushing yards per game. Denver ranks 28th in expected points added allowed per carry (a metric that measures a team’s or player’s efficiency by calculating how much a single play changes a team’s chances of scoring on that drive), according to Sports Illustrated.

Wilson 70+ rushing yards is -105 at Betway; that’s my pick. The 80+ yards at +150 is tempting, but I am going conservative and taking the lower threshold. Wilson has recorded 20+ carries in three of his past four games.
