Four To Score: How the £25,000 was won this weekend
Two Betway customers claimed the big prize on Saturday after guessing the first team to score in all four divisions in our new, free-to-play prediction game.
Two people shared £25,000 this weekend after winning 4 To Score, Betway’s weekly prediction game.
Mike Radford and another Betway customer, who chose to remain anonymous, split the prize after correctly predicting the first team to score in the 3 o’clock Saturday kick-offs across England’s top four divisions.
Leicester, Derby, Charlton and Carlisle turned out to be the winning combination, with all four sides scoring between the first and eighth minutes.
Ironically, it was while watching a goalless draw that Birmingham supporter Radford submitted his perfect selections.
“It was pretty boring at St Andrew’s on Tuesday, so I looked at my phone to enter 4 To Score after coming close the weekend before,” said the 28-year-old.
“It was pretty random the way I chose the teams, but I did the same the weekend before and got two out of four.
“I saw that Leicester had scored early on and that got me off to a good start, but I didn’t check the rest until someone from Betway phoned me that evening.
“It was a great phone call to get on a Saturday night. I’m going to book a holiday to Mexico, but haven’t thought what I am going to do with the rest of the money.”
