Inter can add to Reds’ woes
Having been held to a 3-3 draw at Leeds United on Saturday, Liverpool face a tough trip to the San Siro to face Inter Milan.
Following Mohamed Salah’s explosive comments following the draw at Elland Road regarding his future at the club and relationship with manager Arne Slot, Liverpool have unwanted distractions going into this game.
Winning eight of their last nine home games, Inter have been formidable at the San Siro and the Nerazzurri are well priced to beat a troubled Liverpool outfit on Tuesday.
Leg 1: Inter Milan to beat Liverpool @ 11/10
Blues to complete Italian job
While Chelsea have stumbled recently in the Premier League, a return to European action will be a welcome distraction for Enzo Maresca’s side as they prepare to face Atalanta at New Balance Arena.
Winning 3-0 against Barcelona in their last Champions League outing, that victory propelled Chelsea up to seventh place in the standings.
Taking on an Atalanta side level with them on 10 points won’t be easy, but La Dea have managed just two wins in their last seven home games and Chelsea are good value for the win in Bergamo.
Leg 2: Chelsea to beat Atalanta @ 11/10
Atleti to get back in the saddle
After back-to-back La Liga defeats to Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao, Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid can get back to winning ways when they head to the Netherlands to face PSV Eindhoven.
Winning their last two Champions League games against Union Saint-Gilloise and Inter Milan, Atleti have risen to recent challenges in Europe.
Again, it won’t be easy against PSV, but with the likes of Julian Alvarez, Giuliano Simeone and Thiago Almada in attack, the men from Madrid should have the firepower to bag the three points at Philips Stadion.
Leg 3: Atletico Madrid to beat PSV @ 23/20
Marseille to win Belgian battle
Having beaten Newcastle United in their last Champions League outing in the south of France, Marseille are backed to claim another three points against Union Saint-Gilloise at Lotto Park.
USG were hammered 4-0 at home by both Newcastle and Inter Milan already this season and Marseille, with striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in good form, look a value bet to add to the Belgian’s woes in Europe on home soil.
Leg 4: Marseille to beat Union Saint-Gilloise @ 13/10
