Ipswich and Liverpool go head-to-head in what looks set to be an entertaining spectacle at Portman Road.
The visitors – fourth-favourites in the Premier League betting – have made a patchy start to the season, scoring two late equalisers but held to 2-2 draws in both of their opening matches.
Ipswich, meanwhile, are clearly going to rely on their home form to survive after following a 2-1 win over Sunderland by being well-beaten 5-2 at Manchester United.

The vast majority of Ipswich’s summer spending has been in attack and they do look a decent force going forwards, having scored twice against Sunderland and Manchester United.
Julio Enciso is their man man, but with Abdul Fatawu, Daizen Maeda, Emersonn and deadline-day addition Zian Flemming in their ranks, they can score goals.
They will certainly fancy their chances against Liverpool, who look wide open defensively.
Andoni Iraola’s midfield just does not look set up to defend and Virgil van Dijk appears to be a fading force, the Reds conceding twice to Newcastle and Nottingham Forest so far.
Julio Enciso to take 3+ shots
Enciso has made a fast start to his Ipswich return and can play a talismanic role as they look to go better than when he was last at the club by surviving relegation.
The Paraguayan has taken three shots in both of Town’s games so far and can certainly repeat the trick here.
He is the perfect player to pick up possession in the gaps Liverpool leave in midfield and loves to shoot from anywhere.
Cody Gakpo to take 3+ shots
Gakpo’s place in the team could soon come under threat from Bradley Barcola, but he should start this one.
Despite being linked with a move away all summer, the Dutchman has started the season fast, too, by scoring against Newcastle and assisting against Forest.
He had six attempts at St James’ Park and another showing like that – against a defence that doesn’t look up to much – would do us nicely here.
Virgil van Dijk to take 1+ shot
We can boost the odds a little further by including one shot for Van Dijk.
The Liverpool skipper is the main target from set-pieces and is very dangerous, registering two efforts at Newcastle on the opening weekend.
Ipswich have conceded 12 shots from set-pieces in their first two matches, the fourth-highest tally in the division.
