Manchester City's trip to Brentford on Sunday is the final Premier League match taking place before the season pauses for the October international break.
Brentford claimed a 3-1 win over Manchester United in the Premier League last weekend and Keith Andrews’s side will be hoping to repeat the trick when they take on Manchester City on Sunday.
However, Pep Guardiola’s side represent a much stiffer task as they are unbeaten in six matches since they lost 2-1 at Brighton and should be champing at the bit having been denied a Champions League win by a late Eric Dier penalty in Monaco in midweek.
It looks like being an intriguing encounter and in preparation for Sunday’s eagerly anticipated contest, we’ve prepared an enticing Bet Builder.

Haaland has made a storming start
City ace Erling Haaland has flown out of the blocks this season, taking his club tally to 11 with a brace in the Monaco game and he also scored five goals for his country in an 11-1 win over Moldova in the last set of World Cup qualifiers.
The Norwegian was on target twice in his last league game against Burnley and he has had 28 attempts at goal this season, which is 12 more than any other player in the Premier League.
The 25-year-old is showing absolutely no signs of slowing down and there looks a strong chance he will add to his tally at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Leg 1: Erling Haaland to score at any time @ 4/5
Thiago could find himself in trouble again
It has been a difficult job being the focal point of the Brentford attack following the departures of Yoane Wissa and Bryan Mbeumo this summer, but Igor Thiago will be delighted to have scored four goals so far this term.
However, perhaps less impressive is the fact that Fulham midfielder Sasa Lukic is the only player who went into this weekend’s fixtures having committed more fouls than the Brentford striker’s tally of 15.
Thiago has picked up two Premier League bookings this season and also fell foul of the officials in the EFL Cup against Bournemouth, so it would not be a huge surprise if he was again shown a yellow card.
Leg 2: Igor Thiago to be booked @ 21/10
Don’t expect many corners
While it is common to see City leading several of the Premier League attacking statistics, it is a surprise to see they have forced a total of just eight corners from their three away games at Wolves, Brighton and Arsenal.
The Bees have forced just 11 in all in their three home matches this term, so it could pay to go low on the total of corners these two generate in Sunday’s big clash.
Leg 3: Under 9.5 corners @ 11/10
