Premier League Tips: 15/2 Bet Builder for Tottenham v Arsenal

Arsenal make the short trip to Tottenham for the north London derby on Sunday and we have picked out a three-leg bet builder for the clash in the capital.

It’s the north London derby on Sunday and the stakes are even higher than usual for both Tottenham and Arsenal.

While Spurs are desperate to move away from the bottom three under new manager Igor Tudor, Premier League leaders Arsenal will be determined to bounce back from Wednesday’s disappointing draw at bottom club Wolves.

Tottenham are yet to win a domestic game in 2026 and the Gunners will be relishing the prospect of heaping more misery on their local rivals having lost just once on their travels since the start of September.

Selections

  • Both teams to score @ 17/20
  • Micky van de Ven to be carded @ 3/1
  • Bukayo Saka 2+ shots @ 2/11

Goals expected on derby day

Tottenham may be struggling for results but the team have still managed to find the back of the net at a regular rate in the Premier League with 36 goals in 26 games.

Spurs have scored in every home game since the start of November and face an Arsenal side that have conceded in six of their last eight games across all competitions on the road.

The Gunners have drawn a blank just twice since August and are the second-highest scorers in the Premier League this season.

With these goal stats in mind, backing both teams to score in the North London derby may prove a smart choice.

Leg 1: Both teams to score @ 17/20

Van de Ven a card candidate

When it comes to Tottenham players and cards, Cristian Romero is a popular pick, but he is suspended for Sunday’s derby with Arsenal having been sent off against Manchester United two weeks ago.

However, while the Argentine has been booked eight times in the Premier League this season, centre-back partner Micky van de Ven has been shown six yellow cards and could be a sound bet to go into the referee’s notebook.

With new Spurs boss Tudor known for playing three at the back, an altered approach for Van de Ven, coupled with facing Arsenal’s quick-thinking attack, could lead to fouls being committed.

Leg 2: Micky van de Ven to be carded @ 3/1

Saka to shoot on sight

Bukayo Saka has had more shots than any other Arsenal player this season with 34 attempts at goal. That’s 12 more than striker Viktor Gyokeres, who is next in the Gunners list.

The winger hadn’t scored since December when he found the net against Wolves at Molineux on Wednesday, but he will be keen to try his luck against rivals Tottenham on Sunday.

With Tottenham taking fresh instruction from a new boss, this could give Arsenal and Saka opportunities to pounce on any hesitancy at the back, so backing the England star to record two or more shots on goal may be a savvy selection.

Leg 3: Bukayo Saka 2+ shots @ 2/11
