Here are Jack Green's football tips for Everton v Burnley on Friday night.

Everton to win

Everton were held to a draw at Crystal Palace at the weekend, but should bounce back at Goodison Park on Friday night.

Marco Silva’s side have won their last three home games by an aggregate score of 7-0 – a particularly impressive run given that those games were against Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

Ashley Barnes to score

Burnley have scored seven goals in their last three away matches, including two against both Liverpool and Chelsea, so they’re worth backing to get on the scoresheet here.

Barnes is their leading scorer with 11 league goals this season, including two in his last four appearances.

Idrissa Gueye to be carded

Gueye was booked in Everton's last home game against Manchester United, taking his tally for the season to six.

The midfielder has committed the fifth-most fouls of any player in the Premier League this season.

Over 1.5 Burnley cards

Burnley have picked up 68 yellow cards this season at an average of 1.9 per game, which is the fifth-most of any Premier League side.

They’ve had at least two players booked in three of their last five meetings with Everton, including the 5-1 defeat at Turf Moor in December.
