Here are four football tips that Jack Green thinks you should consider for Crystal Palace v Brighton on Sunday.

Brighton to win

Crystal Palace are coming off a 4-0 defeat to Chelsea, and have only taken four points from their last six Premier League home games dating back to last season.

Brighton lost their last away trip 4-2, but that was their first defeat in nine away league games and they have won three of their last five on the road.

Both teams to score

BTTS has landed in three of Brighton’s four Premier League matches so far this season, with those games having finished 3-1, 3-2 and 4-2.

Palace have scored in three of their four league games, and have also only kept one clean sheet so far.

Neal Maupay to score

Maupay has made a great start to the season, scoring four goals in four league matches so far.

The Frenchman is also on penalty duty, which is a bonus against a Palace team that gave away two spot kicks in their last game.

Under 4.5 total cards

Although these teams consider each other rivals, their meetings haven’t been particularly fierce of late, with just five total cards across their two league games last season.

There haven’t been more than four cards shown in any of Palace’s four league games so far this term, and this one should follow that trend.
