Here are four football tips that Adam Drury thinks that you should consider for Arsenal v Watford on Sunday afternoon.

Arsenal to win

Watford need these points much more than Arsenal, but it will probably pay to keep things simple.

The Hornets have lost five of their last seven matches, only avoiding defeat to Norwich and Newcastle, and have conceded at least three goals in four of their last six.

Mikel Arteta’s hosts have won five of their last six home league games, including 4-0 wins against Newcastle and Norwich. They are a much bigger price than they would be at any other stage of the season.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to score

Aubameyang needs a hat-trick to stand a chance of defending his Golden Boot, an outcome that shouldn’t be ruled out entirely.

But having scored four goals in four games against Watford, he is certainly a good bet to grab at least one.

Will Hughes to be carded

Hughes has been carded in four consecutive matches.

He ranks sixth for fouls per game in the Premier League this season, while an opposition central midfielder has been carded in four of Arsenal’s last eight league matches.

Under 1.5 Arsenal cards

Six of Watford’s eight opponents since the restart have collected fewer than two cards, with both of the last two – West Ham and Man City – not picking up any.

Arsenal have only received more than one card against Liverpool in their last five home games.
