Dream Team: Fantasy football Week 8 tips
Based on our prices for goals, clean sheets and scorers, we reveal the best bets for your fantasy team this weekend.
Kurt Zouma (Chelsea)
No Premier League team is more likely to keep a clean sheet than Chelsea this weekend.
Frank Lampard’s side are to prevent Sheffield United from scoring at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
As the cheapest of Chelsea’s defenders on Dream Team, Zouma – who scored at Burnley last weekend – is the best bet.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Arsenal)
Aubameyang is more likely to score than any other Premier League player this weekend.
The striker is to net against Aston Villa, after scoring at Manchester United last weekend.
He is the eighth-most expensive striker on Dream Team, so clearly justifies his price tag.
Harry Kane (Tottenham)
Kane is the only other player available at an odds-against price to find the net.
The England captain is priced at to score at West Brom, after netting in three of his last four league games.
Kane is only less expensive than Raheem Sterling of Dream Team strikers, but still justifies his price this weekend.
Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool)
Liverpool face their most difficult game of the season at Man City on Sunday, and their price to keep a clean sheet is reflected in that.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are out at to keep a clean sheet at the Etihad.
With Trent Alexander-Arnold their most expensive defender, he is particularly worth getting rid of.
Willy Boly (Wolves)
Despite keeping clean sheets in three of their last four games, Wolves aren’t considered too likely to keep Leicester out this weekend.
Nuno Santo’s side are to keep a clean sheet at the King Power Stadium, less likely to keep one than teams like Brighton, Southampton and West Ham.
Boly is Wolves’ most expensive defender, so he’s the one to get rid of.
Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd)
For the first time in the Premier League this season, Bruno Fernandes is rated less likely to score than Marcus Rashford for Manchester United.
Having gone three games without a goal, Fernandes is out at to score against Everton on Sunday.
As the second-most expensive midfielder on the game that does not make him too attractive a prospect.
