4 To Score is Betway's free-to-play football predictions game, where you can win a rollover jackpot of £250k by correctly predicting the first player to score in our four selected matches.

To help you make your picks, our writers reveal who they think will break the deadlock in the Premier League this weekend.

Chelsea v Newcastle: Eden Hazard

Chelsea have conceded just one goal in their last eight matches at Stamford Bridge, while Newcastle have the second-lowest xG in the Premier League, so it makes sense to back the hosts to open the scoring.

Hazard is the obvious choice, but also the right one given that he is top scorer for Maurizio Sarri’s side with 14 goals and has bagged four in his last seven matches in all competitions.

The Belgian also has the eighth-best shots-per-game ratio in the division, so you can rely on chances coming his way.

Will Rook

Everton v Bournemouth: Gylfi Sigurdsson

Bournemouth have gone 2-0 down inside 35 minutes of their last four matches, so it is only worth considering an Everton player here.

And given that three of the opening goals in those four matches have been scored by attacking midfielders, Gylfi Sigurdsson is the man to back here.

The 29-year-old has scored six goals at Goodison Park this season, three of which were the first of the match, and betters all of the Toffees’ regular attackers for xG per minute this term.

Adam Drury

Tottenham v Man Utd: Christian Eriksen

United are still vulnerable in defence, despite their improvement under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, so I fancy Spurs to open the scoring for the fourth successive time in matches between these two sides.

Eriksen is worth backing. He netted after 12 seconds in this fixture last season and has scored Spurs’ first goal of the game in three of their last six matches at Wembley in all competitions.

Tom Bowles

Manchester City v Wolves: Raheem Sterling

City have scored first in all 11 of their home league games this season, so there’s no reason to get too creative here.

Sterling was rested for the 9-0 thrashing of Burton in midweek, meaning he’s certain to start at the Etihad on Monday night.

The England international scored the first goal of a 7-0 win over Rotherham in his last appearance, and has now bagged 11 in all competitions this season.
