Football Tips: Anytime goalscorer tips for Tuesday 21 08 18

After landing a massive 65/1 anytime goalscorer four-fold on Saturday, Adam Drury is back with more football betting tips from the EFL.

Kemar Roofe (Leeds) to score v Swansea –

Leeds’ electric start to the season has seen chances created at will for Kemar Roofe, so he is a good bet to extend his good run at Swansea on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old has been given a prolonged run as a central striker for the first time in his Leeds career, and has rewarded Marcelo Bielsa with three goals in his last two starts.

If his side’s run of 11 goals in four matches continues, more opportunities are bound to come his way.

Jason Cummings (Peterborough) to score v Charlton –

Cummings is another striker benefitting from the quality of the supply line behind him.

Peterborough have scored nine goals in their last three games, with the 22-year-old netting three in his last two. Winger Siriki Dembele brilliantly set him up for the second of his two against Luton on Saturday.

Given that Cummings is also Posh’s penalty-taker, this is a great price for him to find the net at Charlton, who have shipped seven goals in four games this term.

Ian Henderson (Rochdale) to score v Barnsley –

After Saturday’s brace at Fleetwood, Henderson has scored three of Rochdale’s five league goals so far this season.

The Dale captain has twice dispatched penalties, before a poached equaliser at the weekend that suggests he is very capable of hitting double figures for the sixth consecutive season.

Barnsley are an attacking team, which should ensure that there are plenty of opportunities at both ends.

John Akinde (Lincoln) to score v Bury –

Given that he has scored in three consecutive matches, Akinde is a fantastic price to find the net at home to Bury on Tuesday.

Two of those goals have come from the penalty spot, a route to goal that should stay open given that Lincoln’s style involves getting the ball directly into the penalty area as often as possible.

Bury haven’t kept an away clean sheet since November 2017, so chances should arrive from open play, too.
