Here are five football tips that Will Rook thinks you should consider for Cardiff v Fulham on Monday.

Match to be a draw

Despite Fulham’s 2-0 victory at home to Cardiff earlier this month, these sides are well-matched and both in decent form.

The Bluebirds won each of their final three league games, while their defeat at Fulham was one of only two in their nine games since the restart.

Fulham dropped four points in their last seven, having drawn back-to-back away games. It would be no surprise if they cancelled out one another here.

Under 2.5 goals

None of Fulham’s last three away games have tipped this mark, while they have netted two or more only once in their last 11 games away from Craven Cottage.

This bet would have also landed in seven of Cardiff’s 11 games against top-half sides this season.

Team with the most cards: Fulham

Fulham have picked up 10 cards in their last four matches, including four bookings against Wigan in their most recent game on the road.

The Cottagers accrued three bookings when they last played Cardiff two weeks ago, compared to their opponents’ one.

There were only six corners in the game when these sides last met earlier this month.

Cardiff averaged 8.7 corners per match this season – the third-fewest in the Championship – while Fulham have had more than four only once in their last four matches.
