Football Betting: Premier League & League Two tips

Crystal Palace to beat Stoke –

Crystal Palace virtually secured their safety in the Premier League with their 5-0 thrashing of Leicester at Selhurst Park last time out.

Roy Hodgson’s side have now gone four league games without defeat, while their only loss in six came against Liverpool.

Stoke are winless in 12 and have just six points from their last 10 games – the fewest in the league.

Tottenham to beat West Brom –

West Brom’s four-match unbeaten run should come to an end this weekend.

The Baggies have the worst home record in the Premier League, having won just 15 points from their 18 matches at the Hawthorns this season.

Spurs are unbeaten against the league’s bottom-three clubs this season, taking 11 points from 15, and have won five of their last seven on the road.

Barnet to beat Chesterfield –

Barnet won their third match in four league games at Morecambe last weekend and must repeat the trick if they are to have any chance of survival on Saturday.

The Bees have won three from three at the Hive since the return of Martin Allen as manager, so look a good price to do their bit, especially as the already-relegated Chesterfield have lost six of their last eight and have the worst away record in League Two.

Coventry to beat Morecambe –

Coventry hammered Cheltenham 6-1 last weekend to come within a point of securing their play-off spot.

That was the third victory in four matches for Mark Robins’ side, who have the sixth-best home record in League Two.

Morecambe, who could be relegated with a defeat, are without a win in nine and lost to second-bottom Barnet last Saturday.

Forest Green to beat Grimsby –

Forest Green went down 3-1 at Luton in their last match, but they should be able to rely on their home form to close out the season with a victory.

Mark Cooper’s side have won seven of their last nine at The New Lawn.

Grimsby won 1-0 at Swindon in their last away game, but had lost nine of their previous 10 on the road.
