BTTS tips for Everton v Man Utd, Sunderland v Barnsley

The first round of fixtures of 2018 promises goals, and - with our 10/1 accumulator - profit.

Everton v Manchester United – {ODDS:223172436:19/20}

Everton have been much better going forward over the past couple of months, scoring 13 goals in their last six games at Goodison Park, with Chelsea the only side to keep them out during that run.

The Toffees have also improved defensively under Sam Allardyce, but will struggle to keep out a United side that have scored in five successive away games.

Jose Mourinho’s side have also failed to keep a clean sheet in that five-match spell on the road, conceding two each against Watford, Bristol City and Leicester.

Sunderland v Barnsley – {ODDS:223703995:8/11}

Both teams have scored in 16 of Sunderland’s 24 Championship games this season, the third-most in the division.

The Black Cats have found the net in eight successive home games, and have also kept just one clean sheet at the Stadium of Light all season.

There should be plenty of goals when they host Barnsley, who have only failed to score twice in their last nine games away from home.

Rotherham v Blackburn – {ODDS:22419530:8/11}

Only Charlton have managed to stop Rotherham – League One’s top home scorers – from getting on the scoresheet at the New York Stadium this season.

Both teams have found the net in each of the Millers’ last five home games, and that should become six against Blackburn.

Tony Mowbray’s side have bagged 15 goals in their last five league away games, and also conceded seven in their last four.

Barnet v Swindon – {ODDS:224198669:3/4}

Barnet have been involved in 16 BTTS games this season, the joint-highest amount in League Two.

The Bees haven’t kept a clean sheet in their last six games at The Hive, and it’s hard to imagine them keeping out a Swindon side that have bagged at least two goals in eight consecutive away games in all competitions.

David Flitcroft’s side have also let in 12 in their last six on their travels, keeping just one clean sheet in the process.
