The Denver Broncos and L.A. Chargers are two other teams in that camp.

At Betway, the Cowboys are -225 moneyline favourites at home, with the Commanders at +175. Dallas is a 4.5-point favourite at -110, while Washington is +4.5 at -110. The total is 50.5 points, with the over and under both priced at -110.
That tells bettors Dallas is a clear favourite to win, but the market still expects a competitive, high-scoring game.
Both teams are 0-1 after divisional losses. That’s a premium on that Dallas moneyline.
Injuries? Dallas will be without linebacker DeMarvion Overshown and safety Malik Hooker. Overshown’s speed at linebacker matters if you’re betting Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels on the rushing prop side, both on designed runs and when he escapes the pocket.
Washington will be without linebacker Frankie Luvu and tight end Chig Okonkwo. Luvu is the defensive captain and signal caller, so that’s the injury I’m watching most, since his absence creates another potential advantage for Dak Prescott and the Dallas offence, which is looking for a big bounceback game.
DT Javon Kinlaw is questionable with a back injury, another situation I am following since the Commanders are already without Luvu. The middle of that defence becomes even more enticing for the Cowboys to attack if Kinlaw can’t play. That would make me even more interested in the Cowboys’ rushing props and the over.

The Cowboys were 2-8 ATS as a favourite last season, based on closing lines, and went just 1-4 ATS as a home favourite in 2025.
That’s key if you’re looking at betting ATS for tomorrow’s matchup.
The Cowboys finished 7-10 ATS overall in 2025.
Dallas was also an over machine – 13 of its 17 games went over. Washington was also 7-10 ATS last season; however, as an underdog of at least 3.5 (comparable to tomorrow’s +4.5), Washington went 3-3.

That Cowboys -4.5 is an interesting number, with bettors being asked whether they expect Dallas to win by five at -110 rather than simply bounce back from the Giants’ loss with a victory.
But I’m not going to lay those points down. With my NFL picks, I’d rather take Washington +4.5 at -110. Dallas wins, but it will be competitive.
The Commanders showed resilience last week, being down 14-3 to the Philadelphia Eagles, among Super Bowl betting favourites (+1600). And Dallas did not look trustworthy on defence in their loss against Jaxson Dart and the Giants last weekend.
I think my best bet is the over 50.5 (-110). As said Dallas games were 13-4 to the over in 2025, and both Dallas-Washington games went over. Plus, I sat there and watched Dallas give up 28 points to a Giants team no one thought would be a contender, with injury worries surrounding Dart.
Dallas has a hole in their midfield, missing both Overshown and Hooker. Market action has tilted towards the over, and I understand why. That’s where I am going tomorrow, in a big way.
Looking for a player prop, as a little appetizer, maybe? What about Jake Ferguson anytime TD (+260)? A nice plus-money value play. Eagles TE Dallas Goedert dined off the Commanders’ coverage last weekend, four catches for 77 yards, and two touchdowns. Ferguson played 75% of Dallas’ offensive snaps last week.
