Best bets and predictions for the F1 race in Singapore. We provide our Formula 1 betting picks for the race winner, podium finishers, points scorers and more.

The F1 drivers will tackle their third Grand Prix in as many weeks as the first night race of the season takes place at the Singapore Grand Prix on Sunday.

Although George Russell won in Azerbaijan and Max Verstappen secured his first win of the season in the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia last week, everything is looking comfortable for Kimi Antonelli at the drop of the Drivers’ Championship standings as he bids to become the sport’s youngest-ever World Champion.

The 20-year-old sits 84 points ahead of his team mate Russell with seven rounds left and the British driver will be again on the back foot this weekend as it was announced he will have to incur a grid penalty for using new power-unit elements.

Antonelli is the 1/100 (1.01, -10000) favourite to win his maiden World Championship title, with pre-season market leader Russell now available at 33/1 (34.0, +3300).

As well as this race being contested under floodlights, it will also be the final Sprint weekend of the season, so the action will be coming thick and fast. We’ve picked out some value selections for the main F1 betting markets for Sunday’s race at the Marina Bay Street Circuit.

Singapore Grand Prix race winner betting tips

Max Verstappen to win the Singapore Grand Prix 13/10

Verstappen had to wait 16 races to win his first race of the 2026 season, but he is now the favourite with bookmakers to get his second victory just seven days later.

The Red Bull car has improved massively over the past month and the Dutch driver was largely untroubled in an otherwise chaotic race in Sepang.

It’s an open betting market with both McLaren and Ferrari also hoping for success in Singapore, but Verstappen’s main rival is likely to be Antonelli, with last year’s Singapore winner Russell starting from the back of the grid.

However, the Italian knows he doesn’t have to risk everything for a win at a track where the walls are never far away, so any podium finish would see him take another commanding stride towards the title.

With Verstappen sixth in the standings, a win would see him overtake Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc into fourth place.

He also has the incentive of wanting to record his first-ever win at this track after it proved a bogey circuit for him in his dominant World Championship-winning seasons in 2022 and 2023, but he has been runner-up in the last two races in Singapore and has finished on the podium in six of the last seven races.

Singapore Grand Prix podium finish betting tips

Lando Norris to finish on the podium 13/10

McLaren made the wrong call on tyres for the start of last week’s race in Malaysia, starting on slicks when intermediate tyres were required leaving defending World Champion Norris only able to finish ninth after being taken out of the previous race in Azerbaijan by Franco Colapinto.

The British driver had been enjoying a resurgence before that, with wins in Hungary and the Netherlands and an unlucky third place in Madrid.

Norris has gone well at street circuits this season, winning the Sprint in Miami and finishing second in the Grand Prix, and after his strong performance in Spain, he is fancied to get back on the podium.

Singapore Grand Prix top-5 finish betting tips

Isack Hadjar to finish in the top 5 13/10

Red Bull’s progress is also benefiting Isack Hadjar, who returned from a three-race break due to a wrist injury with a podium finish in Azerbaijan and was unfortunate not to be in the top three again when he finished fifth in Malaysia.

Hadjar qualified third for that race but started eighth due to a grid penalty. Even so, he was on course for another podium until he faced battery issues late into the race.

He has shown a liking for street courses, finishing third in Monaco and Azerbaijan, and looks a solid option to make the top five for the third successive race on Sunday.

Singapore Grand Prix points finish betting tips

Liam Lawson to finish in the points 3/5

Liam Lawson has taken the upheaval of switching between the Racing Bulls and Red Bull teams in his stride and was seventh in Sepang in his second race back with his normal team.

He should be targeting points again in Singapore after he and team mate Arvid Lindblad both scored last week, with the New Zealander being extremely consistent this season, with 11 top-10 finishes in 16 races.

Singapore fastest lap betting tips

George Russell to have the fastest lap 5/1

Russell is unlikely to win in Singapore given his hefty grid penalty and the difficulty of overtaking at Marina Bay, but he can still be a threat in the race to set the fastest lap and looks generously priced at 17/2 (9.50, +850).

The Mercedes driver recorded the fastest lap in the recent races in Spain and Azerbaijan and will have one of the top cars in the field whatever position he is in.

Another factor that makes him appealing in this market is that his predicament could see him opt for a long first-stint in the hope of benefiting from any disruption to the race to move through the field.

If he makes a late pit stop, having fresh rubber when fuel levels are lowest is a recipe for a strong lap time as he bids to recover as many points as he can.
