Detroit Lions to beat Buffalo Bills
The Lions bounced back from a three-game losing streak by beating the Arizona Cardinals 17-3 last week, and they should see off another of the NFL’s worst teams this weekend.
The Bills have lost their last two games, taking their record for the season to 4-9, and they’re averaging just 15.5 points per game, the second-fewest in the league.
Buffalo’s last two defeats came against teams with a combined record of eight wins and 15 defeats, so it’s hard to see them turning them form around here.
Chicago Bears to beat Green Bay Packers
The Bears beat the Los Angeles Rams last week, holding arguably the NFL’s best team to just six points.
Chicago have now won six of their last seven games, with the only exception a 30-27 defeat to the New York Giants while starting quarterback Mitchell Trubisky was out injured.
They shouldn’t have any trouble beating the Packers, who have lost all six of their away games this season.
New York Giants to beat Tennessee Titans
The Giants have won four of their last five games, and they’ve averaged 31.4 points per game since Week 10.
The Titans have won their last two, but both were at home against teams with a combined record of 7-16.
Tennessee lost their last two away games to the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans, conceding at least 34 points in both games.
New England Patriots to beat Pittsburgh Steelers
The Patriots have won their last five meetings with the Steelers, and should extend that run on Sunday.
Pittsburgh are on a three-game losing streak after being beaten by the Oakland Raiders – who have won just three games all season – last week.
New England were beaten by a freak last-second touchdown against the Miami Dolphins last week, but should bounce back here given that they’ve won eight of their 10 games since Week 3.
