How do the world's biggest American Football and Association Football leagues compare head-to-head?

The NFL makes its triumphant return this week, with the 2015 season kicking off in style as reigning champions New England Patriots take on the Pittsburgh Steelers inside the magnificent 68,756 capacity Gillette Stadium on opening night.
