Having already tasted victory on this course and with Silvestre De Sousa’s superb record for King Power this season, this looks a nice price.

I’ve always been a huge fan of LAURENS and will keep faith with the filly in the Lockinge.
Proven over a mile, she picked up some big victories last season in the Sun Chariot Stakes and a Group 1 at Chantilly, and was also second in the 1000 Guineas.
You can forgive her poor run on Champions Day last time following a long season, and I’m optimistic she can bounce back here.
16:00 AUTEUIL
Moving across to France now for a really competitive Grade 1 hurdle.
There is a lot of hype around De Bon Coeur and rightfully so, but I think BENIE DES DIEUX can cause an upset.
The eight-year-old would be on a seven-race winning streak were it not for her infamous fall at the last in the Mares’ Hurdle at Cheltenham.
The fact she would have gone on to beat Roksana by some distance is huge form following her narrow defeat in the Stayers’ Hurdle at Aintree.
She’s tasted victory on this course back in 2015 and has proven herself over hurdles and fences, so I’m hoping she’ll come good.
16:25 NEWMARKET
The final tip is SPANISH CITY in a Betway-sponsored handicap.
He had some big performances last year, finishing second on this course in the Bunbury Cup and placing in big handicaps at Ascot and York.
Proven over 7f, I’m hopeful Roger Varian’s six-year-old can get back to winning ways.
