4 To Win is Betway's free-to-play prediction game, with a £1,000 prize on offer every single day and an increased jackpot of £10,000 for all ITV meetings.

Simply guess the winner of four chosen races for your chance to claim the cash. Here are Alan Alger's top tips for Saturday at Newbury and Ayr...

Second choice: Stylehunter

Although the shape of this race looks difficult, no winner has returned at bigger than 14/1 for 10 years.

Horses aged five or younger have dominated over that period, while the draw stats from previous races are inconclusive. Only one winner over the last 10 years carried more than 9st 2lb.

MOUNTAIN ANGEL ticks a lot of boxes, and hails from the in-form Roger Varian stable.

Jockey David Egan has ridden six winners over the last two weeks, while the four-year-old's second place at Sandown reads as good form, and proves the step up to 1m2f suits.

13:45 Newbury: Mountain Angel

14:40 AYR

Second choice: Snazzy Jazzy

This is the Silver Cup consolation for the main sprint at 15:50.

A real cavalry charge, this race is usually won by an outsider, with six of the last 10 winners returned at 16/1 or bigger.

The draw stats suggest that the middle isn’t the place to be, with all previous winners within seven stalls of the widest draws at both ends.

DAKOTA GOLD has been knocking on the door of late, with three decent-placed efforts. He ticks plenty of the boxes, so can go on and win this.

14:40 Ayr: Dakota Gold
{{::outcome.FormattedDecimal}} {{::outcome.Numerator}}/{{::outcome.Denominator}} 9/1

Second choice: Konchek

Jeremy Noseda’s GARRUS is seeking a hat-trick, but the market seems to be writing him off, perhaps as his win last time out was on the all-weather at Newcastle.

He was such a commanding winner that day, though, while the win before that was very good on the clock.

14:55 Newbury: Garrus
{{::outcome.FormattedDecimal}} {{::outcome.Numerator}}/{{::outcome.Denominator}} 15/2

15:50 Ayr

Second choice: Flying Pursuit

This is the biggest race of the day, and one that’s tremendously competitive.

Seven of the last 10 winners returned at odds lower than 16/1, although only one favourite has won in that time.

GROWL has a middle draw to overcome, but has been incredibly consistent this season. He could land another big prize for Dr Marwan Koukash.

15:50 Ayr: Growl
{{::outcome.FormattedDecimal}} {{::outcome.Numerator}}/{{::outcome.Denominator}} 8/1
