We’ve brought together three Hammers fans from the We Are West Ham podcast who will provide #BetYourWay football tips for every West Ham game in the Premier League this season in an attempt to win money for a charity that is close to their hearts.
The podcast is run by three Hammers fans: Will Pugh, James Jones and Tom Edwards.
We will place a £50 bet on each of their selections, with all profits donated to the charity of their choice. This year, the lads will be donating to Isla’s Fight, DT38 and Bobby Moore Fund.
The We Are West Ham podcast was born out of a live Hammers radio show that James Jones and Will Pugh used to broadcast to the nation.
New boy Tom Edwards joined the team last season as We Are West Ham continue to deliver engaging features, well-connected journalists, and famous guests from East London and beyond. Come on you Irons.
This weekend, the Hammers host Burnley, who have only managed to score nine goals this season. The lads are all confident that it’ll be a good performance from West Ham.
Their special guest, The Ribman – who is familiar with picking winning #BetYourWays – also predicts a home win.
Will Pugh: West Ham to win, Michail Antonio to score anytime, a penalty to be awarded
Will says: “I can’t see it being a proper classic, but with Antonio back in the side I think he’ll make the difference.”
James Jones: West Ham to win 3-0, Jarrod Bowen to score anytime, Michail Antonio to score anytime
James says: “It’s been a while since we’ve comfortably beaten a side and I think we’ll continue our good form with a clinical performance here.”
Tom Edwards: West Ham to win, under 2.5 goals, Jarrod Bowen to score anytime
Tom says: “Playing Burnley in January tends to be tough – a real slog. I think our extra quality will prevail in the end, though.”
The Ribman: West Ham to win 1-0, Michail Antonio to score anytime, over 8.5 total corners
Mark says: “Both teams will be tired and it’ll be a tight game, but I think we’ll nick it because we’re stronger defensively.”
