Bournemouth host Liverpool at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday evening and the Cherries can continue their recent upturn by shocking the champions.
Liverpool have failed to win any of their last four Premier League games, and while we have known for a long time that the Reds would be giving up the champions title at the end of the campaign, a top-four position is certainly not looking assured.
Bournemouth saw key forward Antoine Semenyo depart for Manchester City earlier this month and the Cherries squad was also raided in the summer. However, the excellent Andoni Iraola remains at the helm and that has kept the south coast side competitive.
We have a three-selection bet builder to enhance Saturday evening’s contest.

Bournemouth can land home upset
Cast your mind back to the opening matchday of the Premier League season and Liverpool’s 4-2 victory over Bournemouth. The scoreline suggests the Reds were comfortable winners over the Cherries, but in truth Bournemouth were cutting through Liverpool’s defence almost at will.
Of course, it would have taken one hell of a prediction to anticipate the struggles the champions would go on to face this season, but history could repeat itself, only with a different result, at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday.
Arne Slot’s side have failed to win any of their last four Premier League matches, a run of results which includes a 0-0 stalemate with Leeds and a 1-1 Anfield draw with Burnley.
Liverpool have won only two of their last nine away Premier League games and with Alexander Isak injured and Mohamed Salah struggling for form, the Reds have scored only three times in their last four top-flight matches.
Bournemouth’s squad has been raided once against this summer with Antoine Semenyo moving to Manchester City, but excellent gaffer Andoni Iraola remains at the helm and the Cherries have lost only two of their 11 home Premier League matches this season.
Bournemouth look to have an excellent chance of upsetting Liverpool on the south coast.
Leg 1: Bournemouth to win @ 13/5
Goal theme can continue
There have been 64 goals in the last 17 meetings between Bournemouth and Liverpool and 15 of those matches have gone over 2.5 goals.
Many of those games have resulted in high-scoring Liverpool wins, and while the Reds may struggle to stage a repeat on Saturday, Bournemouth can join in the goalscoring fun.
Leg 2: Over 2.5 goals @ 3/5
Evanilson can hit the target
Complete a 7/1 bet builder by playing Evanilson to score. The Brazilian has only scored four Premier League goals this term, but two of those strikes have come in his last four appearances for the Cherries and the 26-year-old rates a progressive performer.
The forward struck the post against Brighton on Monday night, in a game where Bournemouth looked extremely dangerous and Evanilson should once again be leading Andoni Iraola’s attacking line.
Burnley and West Ham are the only Premier League teams who have failed to score in home matches against Liverpool this season and Evanilson can take advantage of the Reds’ generous defence.
Leg 3: Evanilson to score @ 9/4
