Had you placed a £10 stake on each of Adam Drury’s weekly BTTS football betting tips boosts for the 2018/19 season, your profit would be:
Brentford v Wigan
Having scored nine goals in three home matches so far this season, and with key striker Neal Maupay back from suspension, Brentford are a near-certainty to score in this match.
Wigan have started the season excellently in attack, too, and should ensure that there are goals at both ends.
No team has fired off more shots than Paul Cook’s side so far this term – they have failed to score just once – while they have lost 3-2 and won 3-0 at Aston Villa and Stoke respectively.
Bristol City v Sheffield United
Bristol City and Sheffield United have not only both won their last three games, but both recorded 4-1 victories in their last match before the international break.
The hosts have finally hit their stride in the last few weeks. They have scored eight goals in that winning sequence, including three for striker Andi Weimann.
Sheffield United were sensational against Aston Villa, going 3-0 up by half-time, and have scored in all of their matches bar an away game against the league’s best defensive side, Middlesbrough.
Peterborough v Portsmouth
After last week’s 3-2 win at Southend, both teams have scored in six of Peterborough’s seven league matches this season.
That sequence includes 1-4, 3-1 and 1-5 results, and the visit of Portsmouth is likely to continue that run.
Kenny Jackett’s side have scored and conceded in two of their three away games so far, and netted 12 goals overall.
Swindon v Bury
Swindon’s 100 per cent BTTS record came to an end as they won 1-0 at Morecambe last week, but the visit of Bury should get things back on track.
The Robins have produced two 3-2s and a 1-1 draw in their three home matches so far this season, and have also been involved in a 2-2 and a 4-1 away from home.
Before last week’s 4-0 victory over Grimsby, Bury had scored and conceded in four consecutive league matches, with the most recent two finishing 3-2. They have conceded six goals in three league away games this season, and scored nine in three overall.
