Champions League Tips: 9/1 Bet Builder for Liverpool v PSG
Champions League Tuesday tips

Our best bets for Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final second-leg showdown between Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain at Anfield include both teams scoring and one of PSG's star attackers again catching the eye.

Liverpool are staring at a European exit at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain for the second successive year after last week’s 2-0 away defeat in the Champions League quarter-final first leg.

The holders were dominant in Paris and Arne Slot’s inconsistent side must now somehow try and overturn the deficit at Anfield.

We have compiled a Bet Builder for the big clash on Tuesday evening that pays out at 9/1 in our football odds.

Reds can restore some pride

Liverpool’s poor display in Paris leaves them facing a very difficult task in the second leg as they try to overturn a two-goal deficit at Anfield.

PSG were totally dominant at the Parc des Princes and should have won by a greater margin but may now be slightly fearful of a Liverpool comeback on Merseyside.

Slot’s side were much improved when beating Fulham 2-0 at home in the league on Saturday and they will have to go for it in the second leg.

Liverpool swept Galatasaray aside in the previous round, winning 4-0 at Anfield after losing the first leg 1-0, and while a repeat of that is highly unlikely, they can at least restore some pride by edging the second leg, albeit it may not be enough to progress.

Leg 1: Liverpool to win @ 7/5

Goals can flow at Anfield

With Liverpool being forced into going on the offensive from the start at home, this could be an entertaining, end-to-end affair with plenty of chances – and goals – at both ends.

The Reds will hope for an early strike to get them back into it but PSG’s sublime attacking powers mean they will be extremely dangerous going forward again.

Any gaps left by the hosts at the back will surely be exploited by the exciting Desire Doue, Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Leg 2: Both teams to score @ 4/9

Kvaratskhelia can cause havoc again

Kvaratskhelia, in particular, was outstanding last week, bagging the second goal to give PSG a healthy first-leg lead, and the Georgian star can shine at Anfield too.

The 25-year-old had two shots on target in the French capital – the third game running and fifth time in his last seven appearances he had two or more shots on target.

He will be confident of causing a shaky home defence plenty of problems with his direct running, trickery and end product.

Leg 3: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia 2+ shots on target @ 9/5
