Fill Your Boots: 4 BTTS football tips for Saturday’s matches 16 01 21

Adam Drury‘s BTTS football tips come from the EFL.

Cardiff v Norwich (15:00)

Cardiff’s last two home matches have finished 3-2, most recently in defeat to promotion candidates Brentford.

The Bluebirds have scored three goals in four of their last seven home games, and take on a Norwich side that have conceded more shots per game than all bar six Championship teams on the road this season.

Norwich have arguably the best attack in the division, though, having scored in 12 of their last 13 outings.

Watford v Huddersfield (15:00)

No team has scored more home goals than Watford this season.

The Hornets have netted in all but one of their 11 matches at Vicarage Road, including in victory over Norwich in Xisco Munoz’s first game in charge on Boxing day.

BTTS has landed in Huddersfield’s last four games, including in a 2-1 loss at Barnsley last time out on the road.

Peterborough v MK Dons (15:00)

Peterborough have scored in 13 straight home matches, including 4-1 and 5-1 victories in their last two at London Road.

Though neither of those victories came in the league, BTTS has landed in six of their eight League One matches at home this season.

MK Dons are developing into a fantastic team under Russell Martin and have scored in 14 of their last 15 matches in all competitions, including at Burnley last weekend.

Rochdale v Wigan (15:00)

Rochdale’s last three matches have finished 4-1, 3-3 and 4-4.

At least one team has scored four goals in four of Dale’s last five matches, including when they hammered Wigan 5-0 in the reverse fixture last month.

BTTS has landed in four of the Latics’ last five games, with that thumping defeat the only exception.
