Saturday Betting Guide: Our writers’ 5 best football tips 18 02 23

We've compiled our best football tips from Saturday's matches, including goals and win/draw/win, into a 135/1 five-fold.

Will Rook and Adam Drury provide their football tips from Saturday’s action across Europe’s top divisions.

Arsenal to beat Aston Villa & BTTS (12:30) {ODDS:1078666902:14/5}

BTTS has been a winner in nine of Aston Villa’s last 11 matches in all competition, although they have lost back-to-back matches.

Each of Villa’s last five defeats have seen goals at both ends.

Arsenal won the reverse fixture 2-1 in August, while BTTS has landed in three of their last five matches.

Cologne to beat Stuttgart (14:30) {ODDS:1078691766:15/8}

Cologne are unbeaten since the post-World Cup restart, having won two and drawn three of their five matches.

Those victories came by an aggregate score of 10-1 against Werder Bremen and Frankfurt, while they have also taken points off Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig in that run.

Stuttgart have lost three straight games and are winless in six.

Joao Felix (Chelsea) to score v Southampton (15:00) {ODDS:1083708395:7/5}

Felix has taken 13 shots in three Chelsea appearances, scoring at West Ham in the Premier League last weekend and hitting the bar against Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday.

The Portuguese is Chelsea’s biggest goal threat and has the perfect fixture to extend his good form here.

Southampton have conceded the second-most goals in the Premier League, including 22 in their last 11.

Celtic to beat Aberdeen & Daizen Maeda to score (15:00) {ODDS:1084421098:9/5}

Celtic have won all 15 of their domestic home matches this season, so that part of this bet should land easily.

With key striker Kyogo Furuhashi injured for this game, so Maeda – who took his teammate’s centre-forward position and scored against St Mirren last week – is a good bet to find the scoresheet.

Maeda has 10 goals this season, including five in his last 10 matches.

BTTS in Inter Milan v Udinese (19:45) {ODDS:1078677911:17/20}

Udinese have the joint-second-highest BTTS ratio in Serie A, with both teams scoring in 64 per cent of their league games.

That run includes a 4-2 defeat on this pitch against AC Milan earlier in the season, as well as scoring and conceding against Inter at home, Atalanta and Napoli.

BTTS has landed in three of the last four meetings between these teams.
