EFL football tips for Saturday 25 09 21

We will be tracking the profit/loss of Will Rook’s football tips throughout this season. Had you bet £10 on each five-fold in 2020/21, you would have been £632 in profit.

Stake a total of £25 on one or several accumulators of 2/1 or longer by 23:59 on Friday night to enter Betway’s Free Bet Club. You will earn one £5 free bet at 10:00 on Saturday and another £5 free bet at 10:00 on Monday.

Stoke to beat Hull

Stoke were held to a 1-1 draw by Barnsley in their previous home game earlier this month but still remain unbeaten.

The Potters had won all five of their previous home games in all competitions and should add another three points here.

Hull have lost five of their last seven and are winless since a 4-1 victory over Preston on the opening day.

Accrington to beat Morecambe

Morecambe beat struggling Crewe 3-1 in midweek, but that was only their second victory in eight.

Stephen Robinson’s side have lost the other six matches in that sequence, including a 1-0 defeat to bottom-of-the-league Doncaster – who were previously winless – last weekend.

Accrington have lost back-to-back games against the division’s top two in Wigan and Sunderland but have won four games out of four against sides currently in the bottom half.

AFC Wimbledon to beat Shrewsbury

It’s been a miserable start to the season for Shrewsbury, who have won just one of their 11 games in all competitions.

The second-bottom Shrews have lost four out of seven at home and are only a point off the bottom of the table.

Wimbledon have won four of their seven away games in all competitions this season, with their only defeats coming against Arsenal in the EFL Cup and second-placed Sunderland last month.

Harrogate to beat Stevenage

Fourth-bottom Stevenage were pumped 4-0 at home to league leaders Forest Green last weekend.

Three straight defeats on the road, meanwhile, suggest it is unlikely to get any better away from the Lamex Stadium.

Third-placed Harrogate have taken eight points from four home games and look a decent price to take another three points.

Leyton Orient to beat Mansfield

Leyton Orient climbed to second in the League Two table following a 3-1 victory away to strugglers Bristol Rovers last weekend.

Kenny Jackett’s side have taken 10 points from their last four matches – a run that includes back-to-back victories at home.

Mansfield have lost four of their last five matches and are winless since game two this season.
