Here are Will Rook's weekend football tips to help you on your way.
Burnley to beat Preston
This is a short price but looks like the safest bet in the EFL this weekend.
Championship leaders Burnley have won 13 of their last 14 league games, including nine in a row, and have lost just once in 26.
The Clarets are 17 points clear of third place in the Championship and should cruise past Preston, who have lost six in nine in all competitions.
Middlesbrough to beat Cardiff
Middlesbrough have been the second-best team in the Championship since November, winning 10 and drawing one of their 13 league games.
Michael Carrick’s side are third in the table with a 10-point gap between themselves and second-placed Sheffield United.
Cardiff are fourth-bottom, winless in 13 and have lost four straight matches.
Morecambe to beat Forest Green
Morecambe have won four straight home games and are unbeaten in eight at the Globe Arena.
Derek Adams’ side have taken themselves to within a point of safety in League One following that run and their home form could yet save them from the drop.
Bottom-of-the-league Forest Green have lost nine of their last 10 matches in all competitions, including both games under new manager Duncan Ferguson.
Derby to beat Wycombe
Derby’s rampage up the League One table continued with a 5-0 victory over Morecambe last weekend, which was their sixth straight league win.
The Rams are unbeaten in 15 matches to get themselves within eight points of the automatic promotion places.
Wycombe are in decent form themselves, but have lost five of their six matches against teams currently in the top four.
Leyton Orient to beat Walsall
League Two leaders Leyton Orient went seven points clear at the top of the league following their 2-0 win away to Crewe in midweek.
Richie Wellens’ side also have a 13-point buffer to fourth place and have won back-to-back games.
Walsall are without a win in four and have failed to score in the three games since top scorer Danny Johnson returned to parent club Mansfield.
