Here are Will Rook‘s weekend football tips to help you on your way.

Sheffield Wednesday to beat Derby (12:30) {ODDS:1042046277:5/4}

Sheffield Wednesday have the second-best travelling record in League One, winning six and drawing one of their nine matches.

The Owls have won eight matches in an 11-match unbeaten run in all competitions.

Derby have won just one of their last three matches at Pride Park, having drawn with Exeter and lost to Port Vale in October.

Cambridge to beat Forest Green (13:00) {ODDS:1042046511:7/4}

Forest Green are bottom of League One and have lost 11 of their 19 matches this season.

Ian Burchnall’s side are winless in seven and have scored one goal in their last four.

This feels like a massive price for a Cambridge side that have performed better away recently, beating Wycombe 3-2 and being unfortunate in a 1-0 defeat to Peterborough in their last two.

Salford to beat Gillingham (12:30) {ODDS:1044266035:11/10}

Gillingham are second-bottom of League Two and come into this without a win in eight in the league.

Neil Harris’ side are completely toothless and have scored just six league goals in 19 matches – bottom-of-the-league Hartlepool have scored the next-fewest with 16.

Salford haven’t been in great form themselves recently, but this feels like an odds-against bet for them to score.

Carlisle to beat Sutton (13:00) {ODDS:1044265507:11/8}

Sixth-place Carlisle opened a two-point buffer between themselves and eighth place in League Two after hammering Salford 4-1 last time out in the league.

The Cumbrians have been beaten just once at home this season, coming in a 3-2 reversal against top-of-the-league Leyton Orient despite playing with 10 men for nearly an hour.

Sutton have lost four of their last five matches and won one in seven.

Northampton to beat Tranmere (15:00) {ODDS:1044265775:13/8}

Northampton are third in League Two and are unbeaten in their last six league games.

The Cobblers have taken seven points from teams currently in the top five in the division in that run.

Tranmere are without a win in eight matches and will surely struggle here.
