Here are Will Rook‘s weekend football tips to help you on your way.

West Brom to beat Bristol City

West Brom are on fire under Carlos Corberan, having won five league games out of six.

That run of results has lifted them out of the relegation zone and to within five points of the Championship play-off places.

Bristol City are winless in six at Ashton Gate, while they have managed one victory in eight in all competitions.

Preston to beat Huddersfield

Huddersfield are five points adrift at the bottom of the Championship.

The Terriers have lost seven and drawn two of their 10 away games in the league.

Preston have won five of their last eight league games – one of which was a 1-0 victory away to Huddersfield in October – as they push for a play-off spot.

Barnsley to beat Accrington

Barnsley are the form team in League One with five victories from their last five league games.

That sequence of results has taken Mike Duff’s side to fourth, four points above seventh place.

Sixth-bottom Accrington’s only win in nine came against out-of-form Cambridge.

Burton to beat Lincoln

Burton are second-bottom of League One, but have impressed at home recently.

The Brewers are unbeaten in five at the Pirelli Stadium and have taken points off promotion-chasing Derby and Plymouth in that sequence.

Lincoln have lost four away games out of five in all competitions, including a 1-0 defeat to National League South Chippenham in the FA Cup last month.

AFC Wimbledon to beat Newport

AFC Wimbledon have won five and drawn three of their last eight matches.

Within that sequence, Johnnie Jackson’s side have managed three straight victories at Plough Lane, including a 2-0 reversal of league leaders Leyton Orient last month.

Newport have lost five of their last seven in all competitions.
