Sydney Sixers vs Perth Scorchers betting tips & odds
Sydney Sixers to win
The Sixers were the best team in the league stage, finishing top of the group by four points, so it’s a surprise that they are underdogs to win this final.
They won the Eliminator between these sides last week, as well as one of the two group fixtures.
James Vince to score over 22.5 runs
Vince was controversially denied a century in last week’s Eliminator, but those shenanigans meant that his excellent 98* was hardly acknowledged.
He has passed this mark in four of his last five innings, including a score of 52 in the second group match against the Scorchers.
Josh Inglis to score over 20.5 runs
Inglis has reached at least 21 in four of his last five innings, including 69* against the Sixers last week.
His contributions fly under the radar compared to Jason Roy, Liam Livingstone and others, but he is a very consistent run-scorer who is well worth backing to go well in the final.
Jason Behrendorff to take over 1.5 wickets
Behrendorff has been consistently good for the Scorchers, taking two wickets in four of his last six matches.
He has only gone wicketless in one of his last 10, so is bound to be in with a shout here.
