Here are four cricket betting tips that Adam Drury thinks you should consider for the first T20 between England and Sri Lanka at Cardiff on Wednesday.

Dawid Malan to score over 23.5 runs

Malan is on a remarkable run of scoring double figures in all but one of his 24 T20 innings for England.

He has passed 23.5 in 15 of them.

Jonny Bairstow to score over 24.5 runs

Bairstow hit a staggering century for Yorkshire while unable to run last week so comes into this match in great form.

He has reached at least 20 in six of his last eight international knocks in this format.

Wanindu Hasaranga to be Sri Lanka’s top wicket-taker

Hasaranga has taken at least two wickets in eight of the 14 international T20s in which he has bowled.

That run includes taking three, three and two wickets in his last three matches.

Kusal Perera to score over 23.5 player performance points

Given that Perera keeps wicket, this looks like a very low player performance threshold.

If he takes one catch, he need only score 14 runs for this to be a winner. He has also passed this mark with runs alone in four of his last six T20s.
