Here are Guy Gilescricket betting tips for the first T20 at Buffalo Park, which starts at 16:00 on Wednesday.

England to win

England have won eight of their last 10 T20 internationals, with seven of those wins coming abroad.

And, despite a few changes being expected, they have the momentum after comfortably winning the third and final ODI on Sunday.

Jonny Bairstow total runs: Over 22.5

Bairstow looked in fine form as he hit 43 off 30 in Johannesburg on Sunday, including 21 off one over from Lungi Ngidi.

He has passed this mark in three of his last five T20 internationals.

South Africa top batsman: Quinton de Kock

De Kock has been South Africa’s standout batsman during England’s tour, with his last five innings across all formats reading: 69, 11, 107, 76 and 39.

He was their top batsman in two of the three ODIs, and has passed 50 in both of his T20 international innings during the last six months.

South Africa fall of first wicket: Over 22.5 runs

South Africa’s opening partnership of De Kock and Reeza Hendricks have passed this mark in each of their last three T20 outings.

They did the same in all three of the ODIs against England this month.

Adil Rashid total wickets: Over 1.5

Rashid made a strong return to international cricket on Sunday with three wickets in England’s crucial ODI victory.

Fellow leg spinner Imran Tahir took five wickets in the most recent T20 international at Buffalo Park, so Rashid will likely play a big part again on Wednesday.
