Premier League acca: A 14/1 treble for Saturday

Saturday's best Premier League bets include a positive result for Bournemouth against Man City and a win for Wolves at home to Crystal Palace.

After the midweek Carabao Cup action, there are seven Premier League games on Saturday, including a triple-header of key matches for the winless sides.

All eyes will be on Southampton, Wolves and Ipswich as each of the bottom three are at home after failing to win their opening nine matches.

Ahead of Saturday’s action, here are the standout betting angles from across the day’s Premier League fixtures.

Best bets

Bournemouth double chance vs Man City @ 7/5

Liverpool to beat Brighton and both teams to score @ 6/4

Wolves to beat Crystal Palace @ 6/4

Treble odds – 14/1

Bournemouth double chance vs Man City @ 7/5

There’s a real irony in the fact that Manchester City head to the Vitality this weekend, fresh off Pep Guardiola’s midweek claim that they’re down to just 13 available outfield players.

The champions have been unable to field a full bench in recent contests and they paid the price in midweek, losing 2-1 at Tottenham in the Carabao Cup.

We’re not too far removed from Bournemouth making one of the other title hopefuls pay, as they beat an injury-hit Arsenal side 2-0 in their last home outing.

The Cherries have lost just once across their last four – a defeat at Leicester where they dominated the shot count and the Expected Goals tallies. Andoni Iraola’s side had a free midweek to prepare for this one, while they’ve taken seven points from four home games this season.

Liverpool to beat Brighton and both teams to score @ 6/4

Liverpool progressed in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday with a 3-2 victory at Brighton. The two sides lock horns again this weekend, this time at Anfield.

The Reds head into the contest having won 12 of their 14 matches under Arne Slot, including nine of the last 10. They’ve won all but one of their contests at Anfield, although Slot’s side have conceded in three of their last four matches.

Brighton have brought a real element of chaos to matches this season, with both sides scoring at least twice in six of their last seven matches.

More goals should follow this weekend, so back Liverpool to win and both teams to score.

Wolves to beat Crystal Palace @ 6/4

Wolves have the most favourable fixture of the bottom three this weekend, as they host 17th-placed Crystal Palace.

It’s almost unfair to lump Wolves in with Ipswich and Southampton, as they were handed a daunting fixture list to start the campaign. The lowest-placed side they’ve met is Newcastle in 12th.

Gary O’Neil’s side have hosted three of the top five in their four home matches this term, but they’ve scored at a higher rate than their xG across their first nine. They’ve also defended better than their 25 goals against suggests.

While Palace have built up a little momentum with consecutive wins, they’ve struggled to create openings on their travels. Home form was vital to Wolves’ strong campaign last term, so back them to secure a first win of the season on Saturday.
