TONY FINAU

To win

To lead after the first round

Finau has been one of the world’s most consistent players in majors over the past few years, with four top-five finishes and two other top 10s in his last nine major starts.

The American still has just one PGA Tour victory to his name – the 2016 Puerto Rico Open – and his tendency to fall apart on Sundays is backed by the stats.

But Finau’s first-round scoring average on the PGA Tour in the 2019/20 season was 69.15, the seventh-best of any player. In the final round, he averaged 70.75, which ranked joint-129th.

It’s clear that Finau has a problem getting over the line, but he very often starts well and with our offer you’ll be paid out as a winner if he tops the leaderboard on Thursday before fading away in typical fashion.

HARRIS ENGLISH

To win

To lead after the first round

English has had a very solid 2019/20 season on the PGA Tour, particularly since the June restart. He has seven top-25 finished in his last eight starts, including a solo second at the Northern Trust in August.

The American was the joint-leader after round one at that event and looks poised for another fast start at Winged Foot after a solid performance at the Tour Championship last time out.

English posted the 13th-best score at the FedEx Cup finale, including an impressive 67 in the final round.

The 31-year-old ranked second on the PGA Tour in first-round scoring average in the 2019/20 season, behind only Rory McIlroy.

LOUIS OOSTHUIZEN

To win

To lead after the first round

Oosthuizen is known for being composed under pressure, mainly thanks to his excellent record in majors. He won the Open at St Andrews in 2010 and has also finished second at all four majors during his career.

The South African is in decent form, with three top-25 finishes in the past four weeks, including a T13 at The Northern Trust and a T6 at the WGC-FedEx Invitational.

Oosthuizen fired an opening round of 65 at The Northern Trust that left him T5 at the end of the day’s play, and he played well on Thursdays throughout the season that has just finished.

The 37-year-old ranked 10th in first-round scoring average in 2019/20.
