The Masters semi-finals picks: Unstoppable O'Sullivan to overcome Bingham
The Rocket will make amends for his World Championship defeat, while Hawkins can edge out Trump at Ally Pally
30/100 - Ronnie O’Sullivan to beat Stuart Bingham
Ronnie O’Sullivan continues to make playing snooker look easy and he will despatch world champion Stuart Bingham in the Masters semi-final.
The Rocket may have turned up with little match practice over the season, but it did not matter as he comfortably beat Mark Selby in the last eight, doing so in stlye.
Very few players could beat Selby like he did and it showed that O’Sullivan is well capable of lifting this trophy for a sixth time.
Bingham is a huge price for this game, especially considering he ditched John Higgins and Ding Junhui to reach this stage.
He also beat O’Sullivan at last year's World Championship, so he is capable of causing another upset.
It would take a brave punter to back against O’Sullivan, though, especially as he has won 11 of the 14 matches the two have played.
The Rocket has been in 10 Masters finals and he is set to make that 11 this weekend.
2/1 - Barry Hawkins to beat Judd Trump
Judd Trump may have turned in the most impressive performance of the tournament against Neil Robertson in the quarter-final, but he could struggle against the underrated Barry Hawkins in the semis.
After such an epic contest against Robertson, it might be hard for Trump to maintain that level for a second day in succession.
Hawkins, meanwhile, something he proved by comfortably seeing off Mark Allen in the quarters. He might not be spectacular, but he is good enough to beat everyone on the circuit.
While Trump is favourite, Hawkins is a massive price at 2/1.
The head-to-head between the two is level at five wins each, with the Hawk winning two of the last three.
This really is a 50-50 contest, which makes Hawkins exceptional value.
