4 To Win is Betway's free-to-play prediction game, with a £1,000 prize on offer every single day and an increased jackpot of £10,000 for all ITV meetings. Simply guess the winner of four chosen races for your chance to claim the cash.

With £10,000 up for grabs on both Friday and Saturday, here are Alan Alger's best horse racing tips for Lingfield and Newcastle to get you started.

Top pick: Rasima | Second choice: Gorgeous Noora

Unusually for Finals day, only two course-and-distance winners line up in this race: Pattie and Treasure Me. Both are huge outsiders as they haven’t won for a while and this is above the level they have been contesting.

A low draw is usually favoured in this race, although Realtra won from stall 12 in 2017.

RASIMA from the same stable is hopefully fit from her long break. She won her Finals day qualifier here back on 1 November and hasn't touched the sand since before lining up for this.

I'd see that as confidence rather than a mistake from her shrewd trainer Roger Varian and I expect her to be tip-top for this and take a lot of beating.

Top pick: Forbidden Planet   | Second choice: Island Brave

A competitive class two Betway-sponsored handicap at Newcastle.

Likely favourite FORBIDDEN PLANET has been so consistent and won a similar race at Kempton three weeks ago.

He hasn’t tried racing at Newcastle yet and it's interesting that trainer Roger Charlton sends him this far north to aim at this prize. At his best, he is a few spots ahead of most of these.

Last year's winner Island Brave is worth an each-way bet at a big price and may give the selection most to think about.

Top pick: Straight Right  | Second choice: Oh This Is Us

Andrew Balding's STRAIGHT RIGHT has been beaten at short prices, including once at odds-on, since winning at Chelmsford last September.

He'll need everything to drop right, but looks a value price in a very closely-matched race.

Course-and-distance winner Oh This Is Us was a beaten favourite last time out, but is capable of landing this.

Top pick: Jan Van Hoof  | Second choice: Landing Night

A Betway-sponsored sprint to finish up and a field of 13 that features no fewer than eight previous course-and-distance winners.

The field are very closely-matched on ratings.

JAN VAN HOOF has been running consistently of late and is a tentative selection in a tough race.
