Tenner On: Our writers battle to win most weekend profit

Armed with a £10 stake, our writers put forth their football tips in an attempt to be crowned the week's top tipster.
Tenner On is our writers' weekly football tips competition.
The rules are simple: each writer is given £10 to place any bet(s) they like over the weekend. At the end of the season, the writer with the most profit is crowned the Insider's top tipster.
Aston Villa and Crewe to win & over 1.5 goals and Watford (-1) to win: £10 at 11/1*
Aston Villa have surged into the play-off positions following a run of eight straight victories. They have scored two or more in seven of those and should confirm Bolton’s relegation to League One on Friday.
In League Two, Crewe have won seven of their last 10 games at the Alexandra Stadium and have netted nine goals in their last two. Yeovil have earned just one point in their last eight away games, so this is a simple pick.
Moving onto Saturday and I’m fully expecting Huddersfield to be hammered again. The Terriers have lost 20 of their last 22 matches in all competitions and have conceded four goals in both of their games since relegation. Watford should cruise it.
Mansfield to win and BTTS in Burton v Portsmouth, Sunderland v Doncaster and Cheltenham v Oldham: £10 at 8/1*
Mansfield can keep up their automatic promotion charge by winning for the seventh time in nine home matches.
In League One, I think there will be goals when Burton – whose last three home games have finished 3-0, 5-2, and 3-1 – take on Portsmouth.
Pompey are on a run of five consecutive league wins.
Sunderland have scored in every home league game bar one, while Doncaster have won four matches in a row, so there are bound to be goals at the Stadium of Light.
Cheltenham have scored in 19 consecutive home games, with BTTS landing in 14 of them, while Oldham have only failed to net at Lincoln in their last 10 away matches.
Basel, Wolves and Arsenal to win, Hoffenheim to win and over 1.5 goals: £10 at 19/2*
Basel have beaten Sion three times already this season, so another win on Friday looks a safe bet.
Wolves have won seven of their last eight home matches, and now host a Brighton side in huge trouble after losing to Cardiff on Tuesday night.
Arsenal have won all five of their Premier League matches following Europa League knockout matches and I’m expecting them to extend that record against Crystal Palace at the Emirates.
Finally, Schalke have only won one of their last 11 Bundesliga matches, so a high-scoring away win for Hoffenheim, who have won their last three games 4-1, 4-0 and 2-0, looks very likely.
BTTS & over 2.5 goals in Burton v Portsmouth, Walsall v Southend and Carlisle v Lincoln, Watford and Arsenal to win & over 1.5 goals: £10 at 50/1*
I paid the price for being greedy last week after tacking Brighton double chance on to a successful 30/1 five-fold.
I've still got faith, though, so we'll go again with three Football League games on Good Friday that guarantee goals.
Pompey have scored at least twice in all of their last five and Burton three or more in four of theirs.
BTTS & over 2.5 has landed in five of Walsall's last six, while Southend have been involved in two 2-2s and a 4-1 during their last four away games.
Carlisle's last 13 games at Brunton Park have seen an average of 3.9 goals, and that pattern is unlikely to change against a Lincoln side that haven't failed to find the net since October.
In the Premier League, Watford should beat Huddersfield, who have lost 19 of their last 21 matches. Only one of the Hornets' wins this season has been by a 1-0 scoreline, so this looks good value.
The same goes for Arsenal, who have won 10 home league games in a row with over 1.5 goals in nine of them.
