WIN/DRAW/WIN

Stade Rennes to beat Lille (14:00)

Lille were beaten 3-0 away to Ajax in the Champions League on Tuesday.

That result means they have lost three away games out of three in all competitions this season, failing to score in all of them.

Second-placed Rennes have won three of five Ligue 1 matches, including a 2-1 victory at home to Paris Saint-Germain last month.

Napoli to beat Lecce to nil (14:00)

Napoli come into this on the back of a 2-0 victory over Liverpool in the Champions League on Tuesday.

The Partonopei have won three of their four matches in all competitions this season and have kept back-to-back clean sheets.

Lecce have lost two league games out of three to nil, including a 4-0 defeat away to Inter last month.

Liverpool to beat Chelsea & BTTS (16:30)

Liverpool have a 100 per cent record in the Premier League this season and have won 14 successive league games.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have only managed to keep a clean sheet against Burnley this term, though.

Chelsea scored twice when the two sides met in the Super Cup final last month and, prior to their 1-0 defeat to Valencia on Tuesday, had been involved in five straight BTTS games.

BTTS

Sampdoria v Torino (14:00)

BTTS has landed in all three of Torino’s Serie A matches so far, and that run should continue this weekend.

Il Toro beat Atalanta 3-2 in their only away game to date, and now face a Sampdoria side who have conceded nine goals in three matches.

Sampdoria failed to score against Napoli last time out but should find the net at home given that Torino conceded two at home to Leece last Sunday.

Arsenal v Aston Villa (16:30)

Arsenal have scored in 20 successive Premier League home games dating back to August 2018, so they’ll surely find the net against Aston Villa.

It’s hard to see the Gunners keeping a clean sheet any time soon, though, after they threw away a two-goal lead against Watford last weekend.

Unai Emery’s side have conceded in four successive league games and have the fourth-highest xGA in the division, so Villa – who scored against Spurs on the opening day of the season – should do their bit here.

Eintracht Frankfurt v Borussia Dortmund (17:00)

The last seven meetings between these sides have all seen goals at both ends and this one should be no different.

Frankfurt have scored in all four of their Bundesliga games so far, keeping just one clean sheet in the process.

Dortmund have bagged 15 goals in four games to start the season and failed to keep clean sheets against Augsburg, Cologne and Union Berlin.

DOUBLE CHANCE & GOALS

Crystal Palace to win or draw v Wolves & under 3.5 goals (14:00)

The double-chance odds for Palace are too small, but throw in the under 3.5 goals and it looks a great bet.

Roy Hodgson’s side are yet to concede a goal in three matches at Selhurst Park this season, drawing 0-0 with Everton and beating Aston Villa 1-0 in the league.

Wolves are one of two winless teams in the Premier League and will play this game inside 72 hours of hosting Braga in the Europa League on Thursday.

Sevilla to win or draw v Real Madrid & over 1.5 goals (20:00)

Sevilla are unbeaten this season, winning three and drawing one of their four matches.

Julen Lopetegui’s side are top of La Liga, and that they rank first for xPoints suggests that it is no fluke.

They can avoid defeat against Real Madrid, who have won just two of their five matches in all competitions. All of those games have featured over 1.5 goals.

ANYTIME GOALSCORERS

Alessane Plea (Borussia Monchengladbach) to score v Fortuna Dusseldorf (14:30)

Plea has made a solid start to the season, scoring twice in four league games.

The 26-year-old ranks third for shots, eighth for shots on target and eighth for xG in the Bundesliga so far this season.

Dusseldorf are yet to keep a clean sheet this season, and have failed to manage one in any of their last eight away games.

Neymar (PSG) to score v Lyon (20:00)

Neymar scored a brilliant overhead kick in his first PSG appearance of the season last week.

The Brazilian had six shots in that match and comfortably ranked first for attempts on goal per Ligue 1 game last season.

Lyon are without a clean sheet in four matches and conceded six goals to the Parisians last season.
