Here are five bets Will Rook thinks you should consider for Liverpool v Arsenal, which kicks off at 17:30 on Saturday.

Both teams to score

Both sides have scored in each of Liverpool’s four matches in all competitions this season, while Arsenal beat Burnley 2-1 at home last weekend.

Given that 32 of the last 40 meetings between the sides have ended with goals at both ends, this looks a safe addition to your slip.

Over 3.5 goals

Liverpool thrashed Arsenal 5-1 at Anfield in December last season and there have been four or more goals on six of the last seven occasions they have played each other.

Roberto Firmino to score

Firmino netted a hat trick in that 5-1 demolition in December and opened his account this season against Southampton last weekend.

He has scored seven goals in his last seven Premier League appearances at Anfield and is a more enticing price than odds-on shout Mohamed Salah.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to score

Aubameyang has started this season as he ended last term, by scoring goals.

The Gabonese has bagged in both of Arsenal’s league games so far, meaning he has 11 in his last 11 appearances for the club.

Under 3.5 cards

The past three meetings between these sides have produced just six cards in total.

Liverpool have been issued with just one card in the league this season so, even though Arsenal have picked up five, this game is unlikely to tip the balance.
