Arsenal to win

Arsenal have won 11 games on the spin in all competitions and that run should continue against Palace, who have taken just one point from their four home games so far and are yet to even score a goal at Selhurst Park.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to score

After a slow start to the season, Aubameyang has found form with eight goals in his last eight appearances in all competitions.

The Gabon international has come off the bench in Arsenal’s last two Premier League games, but should start after bagging two in three minutes against Leicester on Monday night.

Granit Xhaka to be carded

Xhaka’s tally of four cards in nine Premier League appearances this season is the highest of any Arsenal player, and he was booked against Leicester in the Gunners’ last league game.

There’s an even better chance of the 26-year-old being carded at Selhurst Park, as he may be required to fill in at left-back again if Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac remain out with hamstring injuries.

Over 1.5 Crystal Palace cards

Palace have picked up 17 yellow cards and a red this season, but they’ve spread them around pretty evenly, so backing a specific player to be carded isn’t a great move.

Over 1.5 for the Eagles looks a safer bet, as Arsenal’s last three Premier League opponents have all picked up at least two bookings.
