Under 2.5 goals –

Five of Javi Gracia’s six games in charge of Watford have produced fewer than 2.5 goals, and their gameplan won’t change much here.

While Arsenal have been involved in high-scoring matches against some of the league’s best sides, home matches against West Brom, Brighton, Newcastle and West Ham have all come in below this mark.

Sebastian Prodl to be carded

Prodl has been booked in three of his last seven matches, and five times in 18 appearances overall this season.

He is a good candidate for another on Sunday, with his lack of pace likely to be exposed by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Etienne Capoue to be carded

In returning to form under Gracia, Capoue has rediscovered the energy and wherewithal to cover every corner of the pitch.

That style also lends itself to the type of challenges that will land the Frenchman in trouble with the referee, as evidenced by the fact that he has been booked in both of Watford’s last two games.

Over 10.5 corners

There have been at least 11 corners in 10 of Arsenal’s 14 league home matches this season, and in five of their last seven at the Emirates overall.

The Hornets will be happy to restrict them to set-pieces in this game, while also looking to utilise them themselves.
