Here are Jack Green' football tips for the match.

Portugal to win

Scotland were beaten 2-1 in Israel on Thursday, meaning they’ve now lost six of their last eight matches, with wins over Hungary and Albania the only bright spots during that run.

It’s hard to see them taking anything from this game against Portugal, who, in Italy and Poland, have beaten far superior sides to the Scots in their last two matches.

Andre Silva to score

After finding the net in Portugal’s 3-2 win over Poland on Thursday, Silva has scored in back-to-back international appearances.

The Sevilla striker is in top form at the moment, having bagged five goals in his last six games for club and country.

Pepe to be carded

Pepe has lived up to his reputation as a card magnet by picking up a booking in each of his last three appearances for Portugal and Besiktas.

The centre-back’s yellow against Poland on Thursday was his second in as many international appearances. He’s always worth backing to pick up a silly card.

Over 4.5 total cards

Pepe was one of four Portugal players to go into the referee’s book against Poland, and it’s safe to expect another feisty affair in Glasgow on Sunday.

There have been at least five cards shown in each of Scotland’s last two matches, with centre-back John Souttar sent off against Israel last time out.
