Here are Adam Drury‘s football tips for the Copa America semi-final, which kicks off at 01:30 on Wednesday morning.
Brazil to win 1-0 or 2-0
Brazil have kept six consecutive clean sheets, including four from four matches in this tournament.
So, despite drawing 0-0 with Paraguay in 90 minutes in Friday’s quarter-final, Tite’s side should scrape through here.
Argentina have beaten Qatar and Venezuela to reach this stage, but previously failed to beat Colombia and Paraguay in the group.
Coutinho to score
Coutinho scored twice in Brazil’s opening win over Bolivia, and is a nice bet to repeat the trick here.
The Brazilian is on penalty duty, and has taken the second-highest number of shots per game of every player in the tournament.
Casemiro to be carded
Casemiro has been carded in four of his last five Brazil matches, including his last two Copa America matches, so is a great bet for a card on his return from suspension.
He ranks second for fouls per game in this competition.
Juan Foyth to be carded
Foyth was carded in Argentina’s last group game against Qatar last week, and another booking is likely.
The Spurs defender has committed more fouls than any other Argentina player so far.
He is likely to play out of position at right-back so will come up against Everton, whose 3.7 dribbles per game in this tournament is only bettered by Lionel Messi.
