Yacine Brahimi (Porto) to score v Galatasaray

The knee injury suffered by striker Vincent Aboubakar means that the Porto’s goalscoring burden falls more on Brahimi than previously.

The attacking midfielder has scored twice already this season, while, of the players available for this match, only Moussa Marega (an odds-on bet to score) has fired more shots for Porto this season.

In what is likely to be more of an advanced role, Brahimi is a good bet to hit the net against Galatasary, who have conceded eight goals in three away games this season.

Son Heung-Min (Tottenham) to score v Barcelona

Son’s speed on the counter-attack could be pivotal in creating chances against Barcelona, just as it was when he scored three goals in four Champions League matches at Wembley last season.

The 26-year-old ranked second to Harry Kane for shots inside the penalty area for Tottenham last season, so chances to open up his account for this term – interrupted by his participation in the Asian Games – are surely imminent.

Only seven teams have conceded more shots on target per La Liga away game than Barcelona this season, with several of those chances coming from the type of counter-attack that Son can lead for Spurs.

Bradley Dack (Blackburn) to score v Sheffield United

Dack has scored goals in eight matches, and the fact that he ranks eighth for shots per game in the Championship so far this season suggests that that run is sustainable.

The midfielder has scored in each of Blackburn’s two matches inside the last two weeks, as well as netting in their last two games at Ewood Park.

Sheffield United have conceded twice in their last two matches and have managed just one clean sheet in five away games this season, so are sure to concede chances to one of the best players outside the Premier League.

Andi Weimann (Bristol City) to score v Rotherham

Weimann is one of the seven players to rank above Dack in the shots per game metric and is a great bet to add to his tally against Rotherham.

The Austrian international has scored five goals this season, four of which have come away from home, and looked in dangerous form despite failing to score last time out against Aston Villa.

Rotherham surrendered a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 with Stoke on Saturday, while no Championship side has conceded more shots on target at home this season.
