Josh King (Bournemouth) to score v Huddersfield
King has scored nine goals this season, but his stats suggest that he will add to that tally considerably before the end of the season.
The Norwegian, an established penalty-taker, ranks 26th for shots per Premier League game this season, but rises to 20th when only taking into account away games. He also ranks ninth for xG in the Premier League in 2019.
Against Huddersfield, who have conceded at least twice in five of their last eight home matches, he is the obvious bet to score.
Patrick Bamford (Leeds) to score v Bristol City
Bamford has generally reserved his goals for Elland Road this season, but he is a good bet to carry on his form at Bristol City on Saturday.
The forward has scored four goals in six appearances since returning from injury last month, including a brace against West Brom last time out. He has recorded an xG of at least 0.3 in every one of those matches (experimental361) and fronts a side that have failed to score just twice in their last 30 games.
Bristol City are a streaky side, and a run of three defeats and a draw from their last four suggests that they are embarking on a downturn. They have only kept a clean sheet against Swansea in their last six at Ashton Gate.
Will Grigg (Sunderland) to score v Wycombe
Grigg scored his second Sunderland goal at Bristol Rovers in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday, and his side are in such good form that he is bound to receive more opportunities at Wycombe.
The striker has posted an xG of at least 0.8 in three of his last four league appearances (experimental361), while his side have scored in all of their 20 away matches so far this season.
Wycombe have conceded at least twice in five of their last nine matches, with three of the exceptions coming against bottom-half sides. Third-placed Sunderland should have no problem creating plenty in attack.
Kieran Agard (MK Dons) to score v Macclesfield
Agard has scored in four of his last six matches and is an obvious bet to extend his excellent form against a side in poor form defensively.
The striker scored in his side’s last away game at Carlisle and has posted an xG of 0.8 or higher in three of his last six appearances (experimental361).
Macclesfield have conceded eight goals in their last five home games and have shipped 12 goals in five outings against League Two’s top four this season.
