Michy Batshuayi (Crystal Palace) to score v Huddersfield

Batshuayi has three goals in his last five Crystal Palace appearances and continued his good form during the international break by netting for Belgium against Russia.

The Chelsea loanee ranks ninth for shots per game of all Premier League players this season, which bodes well for Saturday’s game against a Huddersfield side in dreadful nick defensively.

The Terriers have shipped 16 goals in their last seven games, including four at West Ham as they capitulated to defeat last time out.

Josh King (Bournemouth) to score v Leicester

There should be a few goals in this game, so back King to join in the fun.

The striker is an established penalty-taker and scored a brace against Newcastle in his last Premier League appearance. He also netted in each of Norway’s matches during the international break.

King ranks 16th for shots per away game and 15th for xG overall in the Premier League this season. Leicester, meanwhile, are without a clean sheet in 11 matches.

Patrick Bamford (Leeds) to score v Millwall

Bamford has scored in three of his last five matches at Elland Road, and he can continue that sequence in a match Leeds should win comfortably.

The 25-year-old comes to life inside the penalty area, where he ranks eighth for shots per Championship game this season, and will also be on penalty duty.

Millwall have conceded at least twice in five of their last six matches and have shipped 11 goals in four games against the Championship’s top three this season.

Brandon Hanlan (Gillingham) to score v Rochdale

League One’s second-top goalscorer Tom Eaves is the obvious pick to net for Gillingham against a bad Rochdale defence on Saturday, but his strike partner Brandon Hanlan may be the shrewder choice.

Whereas Eaves is without a goal in eight appearances at Priestfield, Hanlan netted there against Oxford earlier this month, before opening the scoring at AFC Wimbledon last week.

He will relish facing a Rochdale defence that have conceded 26 goals in their last 10 away matches.
