Here are Will Rook's football tips for Charlton v Sunderland on Saturday.

Both teams to score

Sunderland have only failed to score in four of their 60 games in all competitions this season, one of which was their 0-0 draw away to Portsmouth last week when protecting a lead from the first leg.

Charlton, meanwhile, both scored and conceded in both of their semi-final matches.

BTTS has landed in both of the meetings between these sides this season and looks a great value bet again.

Chris Maguire to score

Maguire has achieved cult status on Wearside for his rustling ability, but he is also handy in front of goal.

The forward has scored nine times in all competitions this season, including the goal that took the Black Cats to Wembley in their 1-0 aggregate win over Portsmouth.

Krystian Bielik to be carded

Bielik picked up a yellow in Charlton’s second leg at home to Doncaster last week.

He was issued with 12 more over the course of the regular season – a total only beaten by five players in League One.

Lee Cattermole to be carded

Cattermole is one of those players.

The midfielder picked up 13 yellows in League One this term and is always worth backing for a card.
